Thank you for choosing the Diversion Program option to resolve your Court Status citation. Completion of this form confirms the agreement of the citation recipient to make partial payments until $300 has been received within 90 days from your court date.

This form is divided into two sections:

Sequence of Events: Each Step Must be Completed Before Next Step Can Take Place

You select the Diversion Program option.
We place a temporary hold on processing your citation.
You make full payment of the Diversion Program fee, either in one lump sum or in installments over a 90 day period.
We send the link to the Diversion Program course.
You complete the Diversion Program course.
We dismiss the citation.

I also pledge to complete the necessary payments within 90 days of my original court date or I understand that any amount submitted may be forfeited as well as my opportunity for the diversion program should I surpass the given timeframe. After payment completion, I pledge that I shall complete the provided course to satisfy all obligations of the diversion program I entered for my citation.
